Global public debt will exceed 100% of GDP by 2030. Is there a limit to borrowing?
According to the Institute of International Finance (IIF), global debt exceeded $365 trillion in the first half of 2026. That is a record and the sixth consecutive quarterly increase. The IMF expects global public debt to exceed 100% of global GDP by 2030. These figures inevitably raise the same question: how much more can the world borrow?

Digital Well-Being: How to Find Balance Between Online and Offline Life
If keeping up with all the messages and news online leaves you exhausted and anxious; if you can’t switch off and relax, staying “connected” and tense even after work; if every family member buries themselves in their phone at dinner; or if your evening “me time” disappears into mindless scrolling or watching videos, leaving you feeling empty—it may be time to think about your digital well-being: the balance between your online and offline life.

Currency of Trust: Why, in an Age of Burnout, Businesses Look to the Mountains for Real People, Not Scenery
November 4 is celebrated in Russia as National Unity Day. For many, it’s just an official day off. But for me, as someone who explores Russia through immersive expeditions, unity is not a slogan. It’s the moment when a city dweller is welcomed as one of their own by the close-knit, patriarchal families of the Caucasus.

How to Understand and Accept Yourself
“Who am I?” is by no means a meaningless question. We need the answer to find inner stability and confidence. Not understanding or accepting ourselves can lead to serious inner conflicts—relentless self-criticism that undermines self-esteem, anxiety and confusion, doubt and guilt. So how can we build a harmonious sense of who we are and a belief in our own worth?

On August 1, 2026, at the VDNH Green Theater, with the support of the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives, the First All-Russian Musical Festival of Soviet Song "Voices of the Heirs" kicked off. The festival officially opened with a "Songs of the War Years" concert performed by the legendary A. V. Alexandrov Academic Song and Dance Ensemble of the Russian Army. Nearly two hundred artists of the ensemble, founded almost a century ago, took the stage of the Green Theater: soloists of the choir, which is considered one of the benchmark male choirs in the world, an orchestra with a unique lineup where Russian folk instruments sit alongside brass, and a dance group renowned across all continents.

The exhibition “Fragile Art” is being held at the Tretyakov Gallery in Lavrushinsky Lane
“Fragile Art. Pastels from the Graphic Arts Collection of the 18th — Early 20th Century” is the title given to this unique exhibition. Around 150 works from the collection of the Tretyakov Gallery are on display, including masterpieces by Mikhail Vrubel, Valentin Serov, Ilya Repin, Natalia Goncharova, and Nicholas Roerich. Visitors enter a suite of dimly lit halls with the most carefully regulated climate in the gallery — conditions required for works created in this beautiful yet vulnerable technique.
